Absence and Redesign

First, I would like to apologize to all my compatriots in the Virtual Photowalk 2010. I joined up and then promptly disappeared for over a month. Unfortunately it was because my Mom, who lived with me, became very ill and ultimately passed away. On top of that, we had a family vacation planned that took me away for another week afterward.

Either way, though, I am back and trying to jump right back in. I’ve completely redesigned my site. I was really unhappy with Zenphoto so I’ve switched over to WordPress and re-uploaded all the images that were previously posted along with several new ones. Don’t worry about trying to re-comment on any of the old ones, unless you want too…no pressure though.

Please let me know what you think of the new design and provide any suggestions that you may have. I would like to remind you that I am a true amateur photographer and have much to learn, so please don’t be gentle on your photo comments either. I really want and need the feedback.
